Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 21, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UFD E-SPORTS website, tournament services, slot bookings, and related features. By using the website, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for using your own Google account and for keeping access to that account secure. Do not impersonate another person or use another person's account without permission.

2. Slot bookings

You must provide accurate squad, player, contact and payment information when booking a slot. A booking is not confirmed merely because a booking request or payment reference has been submitted. A slot becomes confirmed only after the required verification process is completed.

3. Payments

Entry fees and available payment methods are shown for each game mode or schedule. You must send the correct amount and provide accurate transaction information. UFD E-SPORTS may reject or cancel a booking when payment cannot be verified, the amount is incorrect, the transaction information is invalid, or the booking violates the published rules.

4. Tournament participation

Participants must follow the rules communicated for the relevant tournament, schedule and game mode. UFD E-SPORTS may take action on bookings or results when there is a rules violation, fraudulent activity, duplicate booking, abusive conduct, or other conduct that conflicts with the published tournament rules.

5. Results

Match results and final standings are published according to the scoring rules used by UFD E-SPORTS for the relevant schedule. Published results may be corrected when an administrative or scoring error is identified.

6. Prohibited activity

You must not attempt to compromise the website, bypass authentication or payment verification, submit fraudulent information, abuse booking systems, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful activity.

7. Service availability

UFD E-SPORTS may temporarily change, suspend, or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, technical problems, tournament operations, or other operational reasons.

8. User content and information

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit. Do not submit information that you do not have the right to provide.

9. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when the service, tournament rules, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page.

10. Contact
