• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, and the account identifier supplied by Google.

• Booking information: When you book a slot, we may collect squad name, player/IGN details, contact information, selected avatar, schedule and mode information, and booking status.

• Payment information: We may process payment-related information needed to verify a booking, such as payment method, transaction/reference details, sender number or last four digits when requested. We do not ask for or store your bank/card password or PIN.

• Technical and analytics information: The website may store an anonymous browser identifier, page path and timestamps for visitor analytics. We do not use this analytics system to store your IP address.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide account sign-in, manage slot bookings, verify payments, communicate booking status, operate tournaments, publish match results, prevent duplicate or fraudulent bookings, improve the website, and maintain website security.

3. Google Sign-In

If you use Google Sign-In, authentication is handled through Google and Supabase Auth. UFD E-SPORTS receives only the account information made available through the sign-in process and uses it for authentication and account-related website features.

4. Payments and third parties

Payment verification may involve third-party payment services configured by UFD E-SPORTS. Authentication and database services may be provided by Supabase. Google provides the Google Sign-In service. Information shared with these services is subject to their own policies and the configuration used by UFD E-SPORTS.

5. Data retention

We retain account, booking and tournament records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations.

We use authentication controls, server-side authorization and database access controls intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
